The explosion-proof instrument enclosure type S/SO provides a secure solution for installing terminals, small electronics, cameras, or display devices in hazardous environments. The aluminum versions are suitable for gas groups IIC and can be individually equipped with industrial electronics.
The type SO enclosure comes with a viewing window in the lid. It is ATEX and IECEx certified, ensuring the highest level of safety. Additionally, special versions with a corrosion-resistant ALUMINOX surface coating are available.
